Refund policy

AMW Wholesale Fencing Supplies is not legally obliged to offer a refund on returns if you simply change your mind or choose incorrect products.  However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change and want to assist where possible.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% or $30 whichever is greater.

Our staff will only consider refunds and returns if:

• Goods are fit for resale (like new)
• Goods are in original packaging (not damaged)
• Goods are not damaged or soiled
• Goods are returned within 7 days (timber 2 days)

Custom made orders and non-stocked items that have been ordered specifically for the individual customer - cannot be returned or exchanged or refunded.

Returns allowed

• If the product is faulty
• If the wrong product was delivered (pickups need to be personally checked)
• The product is not fit for intended use
