Shipping policy

Thank you for ordering AMW Wholesale Fencing Supplies.  

Here at AMW we like for your experience to be pleasant and hassle free.  To ensure this we stick to a strict delivery policy to ensure our customers' products are delivered in a safe and professional manner.  The following is our terms and conditions for our Shipping Policy.

Delivery Processing:

Once an order is placed and delivery can be applied, an email confirmation will be sent.  A staff member will contact you to confirm time and day of delivery within 24 hours of order being processed.   If your delivery location cannot be applied to your online order, please contact the office directly on (02) 9586 0001 to discuss.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times can be between 1-5 business days.   Please note deliveries are made only Monday to Friday.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  

Delivery times are a guide and unforeseen circumstances can arise, but if on the rare occasion there are delays our friendly staff will keep you updated.

To view a comprehensive list of Sydney suburbs eligible for delivery, along with associated delivery fees, please refer to this page. Please note: there is a minimum order $ requirement to be eligible for delivery.

Important Delivery Notes:

• AMW delivery trucks can only do curbside deliveries via HIAB.  This means it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is room for the truck to pull in and unload the materials safely.
• If the truck driver cannot unload goods safely, he will have to return to the factory with the goods undelivered.  The delivery charge will not be reimbursed and an additional delivery charge will be added.
• It is preferred that someone be on site during the time of delivery, this will allow the goods to be marked off while the truck driver is still present.  If however, the site is unattended, AMW does not hold any responsibility after the driver leaves.
• To ensure all delivery products are right, the customer needs to confirm their Tax Invoice is correct before proceeding with a delivery.
• Deliveries are packed prior to delivery date, so no changes within 3 days prior to the delivery can be made. 
• Prices and availabilities vary so please make sure you check with a staff member if a change of delivery is required.
